Objectives

1. Welfare & Support

  • Provide financial assistance during emergencies or medical needs
  • Offer welfare schemes (depending on membership level)
  • Support members during periods of unemployment by approaching Producers, Editors, and flashing about the job requirement in various groups of editing associations.

2. Professional Development

  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and training programs
  • Keep members updated with the latest editing technologies and software
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing among senior and junior editors.

3. Fair Work Practices

  • Establish standard pay scales and a minimum wage list approved by the Federation of Western India Employees.
