• Job Security – by enforcing the contract draft, the sudden termination or replacement of Editors without paying dues.
• AFVE helps resolve credit disputes, so your work is widely acknowledged.

Payment Wellness

• AFVE steps in on Non- Payment or delayed payment cases so that members don’t face financial stress.
• AFVE sets standard rates and contract terms with producers to prevent undercutting and exploitation.

Financial & Medical Help

• AFVE provides a One-Time Retirement Fund (OTR) to the members at the Age of 65.
• AFVE members get medical help from various institutions.
• AFVE members get medical help from the Nagpur Welfare Fund, provided by the Labour Ministry.
• AFVE members get medical help from the Film Industry Welfare Trust during illness.

Emergency Support

• AFVE members /Nominee/ spouse get compensation in the case of accident/ death, if the member passes away during Active membership.

Health Camps

• Occasionally, free health & medical camps are organized in coordination with FWICE for general health checkups, free eye checkups, etc., for members.
